Dr Jason Talevski is a Senior Research Fellow in the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department at Northern Health with over 10 years of research experience in the fields of musculoskeletal health, consumer-based research, social epidemiology, and emergency medicine. He completed his PhD at the University of Melbourne in December 2021 and was subsequently awarded an Alfred-Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Deakin University to continue his program of research that focussed on improving osteoporosis diagnosis and fracture management in the primary care setting. Jason has published >30 peer-reviewed papers, 3 book chapters and 5 industry reports; presented at >40 conferences; and received >$2.8 million in research grants and scholarships.
